Big Mistakes at Riverside Schools

It has come to the attention of the O.C.U.B.S.S that there has been no small amount of misunderstanding of the correct use of C.U.B.S in the Riverside School district. Said misunderstanding could lead to-and most probably has led to-grades of around 40% on some tests, with many having to repeat the 11th grade. What is the misunderstanding?
In the words of one student, "You don't write C.U.B.S  on tests!"
The Head Director of the Official C.U.B.S. Source has made it clear to the Riverside School Administration that this is not so. "You DO write C.U.B.S on test! Everyone should know that. Sadly, we can't force the school to pass these students. So enjoy 11th grade again next year, guys....woot wooot!"
Said the father of one misinformed student, "I tried to tell her. Really I did. It's all just sad, so sad. I've been writing C.U.B.S on tests all my life, you know, because you're supposed to, right? Who don't know that?"
      Evidently, the Riverside School System.
